We are Explorers and Today we explored Space with IDYM Foundation.. On National Science Day, Feb 28, 2021, Shemford Futuristic K-12 School, Auraiya, organised a Space Exploration Programme on the virtual platform in collaboration with IDYM Foundation. The students took to MSTeams to witness this fantastic show. Exploring space is an opportunity not only to discover new worlds and build advanced technologies but to work together toward a larger goal irrespective of nationality, race, or gender. If we stop exploring, we stop being human. Dr Worakamol Wisetsri, an educationist from Thailand, graced the occasion with her illustrious presence. She talked about the innovative strategies adopted at the schools in Thailand and highlighted the importance of up-skilling and re-skilling. There was a great exchange of creative ideas when Mr Kuldeep Singh Rathore, Aerobay Lab Facilitator from Shemford Auraiya, showcased a plethora of activities being conducted in the lab, including 3 D Printing, Design Thinking Models and Weather Forecast Station. The students were utterly awestruck and spellbound by the presentation, and the same accelerated the spark of curiosity in them. Dr Meenakshi Narula, Principal, Shemford Futuristic K-12 School, Auraiya wholeheartedly thanked Er Ravi Shankar Kumar (Founder IDYM) and Er Swapnanil Talukdar (Chief Technical Officer IDYM Foundation) for providing this excellent opportunity to the students and Dr Worakamol Wisetsri for her benign presence.
