Fee Structure(2026-2027)

Sibling Concession:

Sibling Concession (from 2nd child onward): On Admission Fee Rs. 5000/- and on Tuition Fee 50%.
Girl Child seeking Admission will be given a 100% concession on Admission Fee only.
Only one concession can be availed at a time.

Monthly Transport Fee: (To be Paid Quarterly)

Applicable as per the route chart given below
(For 11 months only)

1. Rs. 1100/- Per Month (All the routes of Auraiya, Gajipur, Khojaphool, Bhikapur, Kariyapur)
2. Rs. 1150/- Per Month (Nigda, Panhar, Chiruli, Miholi, Karampur)
3. Rs. 1300/- Per Month (Kasolar)
4. Rs. 1400/- Per Month (Muradganj, Bhikepur, Kuthaund, Sikandra, Kakor)
5. Rs. 1550/- Per Month (Aayana)
6. Rs. 1600/- Per Month (Phaphund, Ajitmal, Baburpur, Rajdhan, Sandalpur, Rajpur, Mungishapur, Mubarakpur, Amouli)

Note:-The above transport fee is for the academic year 2026-2027.

For Refund of Caution Money at the time of withdrawal, a written request must be given to the School atleast three months in advance.

Development Fee includes: amongst others,

1. Worksheet & Assignment, 3D Lab, AV Room
2. Medical (First Aid), Sports (Indoor & Outdoor)
3. Workshops, Seminars, Extra Curricular Activities
4. Student Diary, I-Card, Counseling, P.D. Classes, Skating
5. Band / Yoga / Karate / Dance / Music

Extra Charges: - For C.B.S.E. Examination Fee, Olympiad and other external examination & costumes for cultural activities.

General Instructions:

1. Payment of school fee will be accepted by a Bank Draft or “At Par Cheque” in favour of SHEMFORD FUTURISTIC K 12 SCHOOL payable at AURAIYA. Fee can also be remitted through the online payment facility.
   
   If any cheque is dishonoured, a penalty of Rs. 200/- plus Rs. 50/- per day will be charged for the delayed payment till the 30^th day of the month in which the fee is due. Thereafter the name of the student will be struck off the rolls and a re-admission fee of Rs. 3000/- will be charged. Re-admission will be granted subject to the availability of seat and payment of arrears along with the re-admission fee.
   
   To facilitate paperless payment of fee, we have introduced a Credit/Debit Card machine in the school and you can make all payments through Credit/Debit Card. As a gesture, all charges likely to be incurred on Credit/Debit card transactions will be borne by the school.
   
   THE SCHOOL DISCOURAGES ALL KINDS OF CASH PAYMENTS.
   
   All fee payments must be made by the 10^th of every quarter. If arrears are paid after the 10^th, a fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged. After the end of the month, a re-admission fee of Rs. 3000/- will be charged.


2. Required Documents at the Time of Admission:
   1. 4 Passport Size Photographs.
   2. Report Card + Date of Birth Certificate + Transfer Certificate (TC) + Aadhar Card of the Child.
   3. Aadhar Card / Voter ID Card of Parents (Mother + Father / Guardian).
   4. 2 Passport Size Photographs of Parents (Mother + Father / Guardian).
3. All disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Auraiya Judiciary.
