Shemford Futuristic have faculty of qualified teacher, technical and supportive staff for the school. The members are from across the country. The faculty consists of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Primary Teacher (PRT) and teachers specially trained for pre-primary and Kindergarten (KG). Their experience and skills on smart board get updated every year. Every member is provided with a dress code and they put it on every day. They all contribute to the overall development of the institution with their inborn talents.
