Let us continue the same true spirit.” To mark Lord Rama’s victory over Ravana and to reinforce the message that good always triumphs over evil, a special assembly was conducted by Class IV and V students on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. The assembly began with the chanting of 'Gayatri Mantra' and devotional song ‘Payo Ji Main Ram Ratan Dhan Payo’. The significance of the day was highlighted through English and Hindi Speeches, melodious hymns, Dussehra and Navratri picture compositions and enactment from the holy Ramayana. The students very well portrayed the characters of Lord Rama, Lakshman, Ravana, Sugreev, Hanuman, Veebhishan and many more. They were applauded for their performance and confidence. Ms Sunita Lall and Ms Sweaksha, the class coordinators, managed the whole event smoothly.
