Fee Structure(2022-23)

Sibling Concession:

1. On Admission Fee Rs. 5000/- and on Tuition Fee 50%
2. Girl Child seeking Admission will be given a 100% concession on Admission Fee only Only one concession can be availed at a time
3. Only one concession can be availed at a time

Monthly Transport Fee: (To be Paid Qtr) Applicable as per the route chart given below (For 11 month only)

1. Rs.700/-Per Month(All the route of Auraiya, Gajipur, Khojaphool, Bhikapur)
2. Rs.1050/- Per Month (Kasolar)
3. Rs.1150/- Per month (All the route of Muradganj, Bhikepur, Kuthaund, Rajdhan, Sikandra, Kakor)
4. Rs.1350/- Per Month ( All the route of Phaphund, Dibiyapur, Ajitmal, Baburpur, SandaJpur, Rajpur, Mungishapur, Akbarpur)
5. Rs.1450/- Per Month (Atsu)

For refund of Caution Money at the time of withdrawal, a written request must be given to the School at least three month advance.

Annual Activity Charges Include:

1. Worksheet & Assignment, 3D Lab, AV Room, Aero Bay
2. Medical [First Aid], Sports (Indoor & Outdoor)
3. Workshops, Seminars, Extra Curricular Activities
4. Student Diary, I-Card, Counseling, P.D. Classes, Skating
5. Band / Yoga / Karate / Dance / Music

Extra Charges: - For C.B.S.E Examination fee, Olympiad and other external examination & costumes for cultural activities.

General Instructions:

1. Payment of school fee will be accepted by a bank draft or "at par cheque" infavour of "SHEMFORD FUTURISTIC K12 SCHOOL" payable at AURAIYA and also can be remitted through online payment facility in the following account:

   If any cheque is dishonored, a penalty of Rs. 200/-plus Rs. 50/- per day will be charged for the delayed payment till 30^th day of the month in which the fee is due.Thereafter the name of the student will be struck off the rolls and re-admission fee of Rs.3000/- will be charged. Re-admission granted will be subject to availability of seat and payment of arrears along with re-admission fee.
   To facilitate paperless payment of fee, we have introduced a Credit/Debit Card machine in the School and you can make all payments to the School through Credit/Debit Card. As a gesture, all charges likely to be incurred on Credit/Debit card transactions will be borne by the School.
   The school discourages all kinds of cash payments.
   All the Fee payment has to be made by 10^th of every quarter. If arrears are paid after 10^th a fine of Rs.50/- per day will be charged. After end of the month re-admission fees Rs. 3000/- will be charged.
2. Required Documents:-
   1. 4 passport size photo + 4 ticket size photo of child.
   2. Report card + Date of birth certificate + TC + Aadhar card of child
   3. Aadhar card / Voter id card of parents (Mother + Father / Guardian).
   4. 2 passport size photo of parents (Mother + Father /Guardian).
3. All disputes will be under the jurisdiction of auraiya juridiciary
